Commercial Project Manager

Chris is an anchor in the design industry with over 25 years of project management experience. He has a seamless way of equally serving and communicating the needs of the design team and the client in a way that produces fruitful relationships with his clients.

He understands businesses and what they need to function successfully. Chris’ career history has seen him coordinate and drive the establishment of new branches for companies in both New Zealand and Australia. The fast growth and success of these projects also saw Chris seconded to Singapore to achieve similar success in the Asia Pacific region.

Now back in NZ, Chris works in supervisory or management roles within a variety of organisations from small businesses to multinational and international corporations. He has worked on master planning, mixed use, commercial, hospitality and residential projects.

His experience with the delivery of projects from inception through completion has given him a clear understanding of the challenges faced by clients.

Outside of the office, Chris is a keen sports enthusiast and audiophile, with his vast eclectic music collection always setting the mood and tone throughout the rooms of his house.
