Interior Architect / Workplace Designer

With more than 12 years of experience in global interior design and workplace strategy across South East Asia, China, Australia & New Zealand , Bella is a formidable leader with an exceptional ability to navigate extremely complex scenarios, helping companies applying workplace strategies across locations and into new cultures.

With a background in interior design, project management and a keen interest in behaviour, Bella brings a high level of technical expertise to each project without losing touch with end user needs.

Bella’s design approach is people-focused. Her excellent people skills not only give her the ability to communicate well, they allow the empathetic insight needed to understand and forecast a client’s needs, and analyse and interpret behaviours in order to create effective and transformational space solutions.

For as long as she can remember, her passion has been for design. Bella kindles her creativity by trekking in the mountains, camping, and hosting dinner parties for friends. Much of her inspiration is found through her love for traveling, watching people on the street, and visiting exhibitions by an eclectic roster of artists and designers.

Bella earned a Bachelor of Art in Interior Architecture from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia and a Master of Design Edinburgh Napier University, in addition she is now studying to being LEED certified and a registered architect in NZ.
